Boost your self-esteem
“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” – Oscar Wilde.
Self-esteem is the key to any change. It involves a good knowledge of yourself and your potential. Having been confronted on a regular basis with the barometer of self-esteem in my coaching practice as well as my expat life, I wanted to make it a key topic in my personal development workshops. Improving self-esteem enables you to become more aware of your own value, step out of your comfort zone and take action.
In other words, the more we learn to top ourselves, the higher our self-esteem is and the more our self-confidence grows. It requires a daily awareness, a new attitude and mind-set to cultivate in order to dare move forward, find and fulfill yourself.
Bring meaning back into your life
This life purpose shows the desire to identify and understand what is right for us, what makes sense, so that we can apply it to our daily lives. Bringing back meaning to your life can be seen in two complementary ways. It can be seen as a desire to give your life a direction as well as to find your life’s purpose. It is an evolutionary path where each period of life brings new elements, new challenges and new experiences. In short, whatever goals my coachees have set in their life, their deep motivation remains the same for everyone: to bring or restore meaning in life.
Finding a new balance
How can I identify and reach the balance that suits me? Regardless the area of life you want to progress in, you need to set a new balance. I offer you a safe, caring and positive framework to help you find it and turn it into a reality, by taking a step back and look at the situation from a new perspective. Usually, 6 to 10 sessions are enough to elaborate strategies to achieve goals and find solutions to reach the right balance in your life.
Understanding and acting on your motivations
Starting a coaching program means being able to identify your goal quickly, but the success of your coaching mainly relies on your ability to understand your real motivations. Therefore, from the first session on, my energy is largely focused on validating this key step together. Understanding your sources of motivation also enables you to make the difference between what is important and what is essential, and as a consequence, to better meet your needs and aspirations.
Building bridges and strengthening mutual supported
Built up from simple, creative and effective tools, my group workshops have been designed with an interactive, positive and caring approach based on trust and mutual respect. They take place over 2 to 4 mornings, depending on the chosen theme. The launch of these workshops was mainly motivated by the desire to bond and create a friendly helpful space to bring everyone quick and effective results.
Getting your confidence back and challenging yourself
Within the group, sharing stimulates to self-improvement. Sharing experiences, endeavor and achievements contributes to the success and growth of each person through a collective dynamic. Among the topics covered: how to boost your self-esteem, how to turn your image into an asset to highlight your personality, how to make your life goal a success,…
